The location is decent. The bed was really comfortable. Housekeeping was nice. There are also cool spa facilities like a fitness center and hot tub.

the location was perfect and the room was very good. we were able to walk around the harbor area and never use our car. we enjoyed breakfast at the rotating top of the hotel. the hotel is connected to many things downtown by an underground "path" which would make this even better in inclement weather. the staff was very friendly and while limited availability the room service food was excellent. the pool, hot tub, and sauna were perfect and the 10pm-12am adult only time is nice to not have to deal with children. we've had a suite with the lake view - cant beat waking up to that view every morning! the rotating roof-top restaurant is top notch, very friendly staff and great food/prices. strong coffee, too! easy parking and access to canal street and downtown area. 5-stars!

Great downtown location, city views, comfortable beds, lovely restaurant with rotating city and lake views at night.
Felt well taken care of, no complaints at all.
